    recommended parameters.
  • Liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific product or service related to the claim.
  • We do not assume responsibility for third-party claims, including environmental, regulatory, or operational penalties resulting from misuse or deviations from recommended practices.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Shrijee Nexus Pvt. Ltd. warrants that products shall conform to the specifications mentioned in the respective Technical Data Sheets (TDS) at the
    time of dispatch.
  • No warranty is provided for suitability in specific applications unless expressly
    stated in a written agreement.
  • All performance data is based on controlled trials and may vary depending on mill conditions, water chemistry, machine configuration, or operator practices.
  • Clients are responsible for conducting internal validation trials before full-scale implementation.
  • No employee, agent, or distributor is authorized to extend additional warranties beyond those stated in writing by the company.

9. Privacy Policy

Our handling of personal or business information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Kashipur, Uttarakhand Courts.

  • Hazardous Chemicals Rules, 1989 (India) regarding storage, labeling, and transport.

  • ISO-aligned quality and safety protocols where implemented. Clients must ensure downstream compliance in their respective operations.

9B. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shrijee Nexus Pvt. Ltd. from all claims, penalties, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:
  • Misuse or misapplication of products.
  • Non-compliance with recommended safety, regulatory, or operational guidelines.
  • Violations of environmental or industrial standards within the client’s facility.

9C. Force Majeure

Shrijee Nexus Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, supplychain disruptions, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation failures.

9D. Product Safety & Handling

Clients acknowledge the following safety-related obligations:
  • Use Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for proper handling.
  • Implement necessary PPE, storage conditions, and disposal methods.
  • Train personnel in chemical safety per industry best practices. Failure to follow safety guidelines voids any warranties or performance commitments.

9E. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved as follows:
  • Parties shall attempt informal resolution first.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • Arbitration venue: Kashipur, Uttarakhand
  • Governing law: India.
